Dear Minister Faustina, Hadden and Keida Trust you are all well. I am kindly attaching the
simple PYC proposal template for Palau NYC, for any specific activity that it wants to do from
now until December We do have some small grants from the European Youth Forum that you can utilize,
the amount of US$1,400:00 under this theme that I have already inserted in the proposal template;
Capacity Building – Institutional Strengthening of the Palau National Youth Council.The background
information must contain that after the capacity building training in June these are some
activities to be done in our continued efforts to strengthen the Palau NYC to be an effective youth
body. Do you now have an office space? Do you have specific needs for the office? I need to have
this back by Wednesday next week so that we can disburse the funds asap so that you can utilize the
funds. If the Palau has an activity it needs to do in the on-going efforts to strengthen the
council.Please do let me know if you are interested and keep me posted.Keep me posted and kind
