Dear colleagues and friends in the Pacific

please find below an urgent email that there are funds available to support
youth participation at Rio+20 and the Pacific subregion has been allocated
two spots for youth aged 15-24.
The deadline technically is today and so far, no Pacific youth has been
identified- if we can't identify one, the spots will be passed to youth
representatives from other subregions in Asia Pacific.
We hope to receive filled out applications as soon as possible to be able
to ensure those spots for Pacific youth representation in Rio in June.

I would really appreciate, if you could forward this information to engaged
youth activists that come to your mind.

Hi all: We have just been told by UNCSD and partners, of which UNEP is one,
that there will be funds to support youth participation at Rio+20 since
Monday. We want to ensure that Pacific youth are included in the slots
allocated, and we've been scrambling, writing to our youth partners and
have not gotten a respond.

Can you please urgently help us to get two participants from the Pacific
for this? The nomination forms are attached. Your earliest response to this
is greatly appreciated. Actually, deadline for this is today. (See attached
