Hi can anyone help programming 902MHz into Motorola MTX-950 radio?
No luck with RT systems or CHIRP?
Maybe an older CPS or a Moto Turbo program?
Anyone have luck programming one

From what I can tell, you're looking for CPS R06.12.05.  I have version R06.04 if you want to try that.

Oh Glen, I forgot to tell you that you'll likely need to run that on a 32 bit version of Windows 7 or XP.  Using a real serial port will help. 

Welcome to the world of programming old batwing radios.  Be happy it's a Waris radio.  Some of the Jedi radios require DOS and a slow enough CPU because the software uses timing loops instead of hardware counters to read/send the serial data to the radio.
