I need a basic 1296 MHz transmitter/signal source board for an experiment. It needs 0.1 to 1 Watt and either FM modulation, or I can adapt it to FM with a varactor or something. I can build an enclosure. 12 Volt power.

Does somebody want to sell such an item, or do you know where they are sold?
