Lynn,
All of the Astron power supplies that I've had are adjusted the same. If
you remove the top cover, you'll see a PCB mounted upside down in the center
of the power supply. If you check underneath it, there is a PCB mounted pot
that controls the voltage. I've been able to adjust it by feel without
removing the PCB. If you don't like doing that sort of thing "live", you
can adjust it, check the voltage, turn it off and repeat until you get what
you want. You should have no problem getting 14.5V.
