Dear K7ND,

The CQWW VHF Contest Committee invites you to participate in the 2026 CQ WW VHF contests. The contests use the two lowest VHF bands (50 MHZ and 144 MHz) and are a great entry point to VHF contesting.

There are separate contests for SSB/CW/FM and Digital.

The dates for the 2026 CQWW VHF contests are:

    SSB/CW/FM: July 4-5 2026
    Digital: July 18-19 2026
    Begins: 1400 UTC Saturday / Ends: 1400 UTC Sunday

Note the change in start time to 1400 UTC.

There is club competition. Club totals are the total of all scores in both the SSB/CW/FM and Digital events. Don't forget to list your club when submitting your log
