Glen Martin 8ft roof tower, G-800 rotor for sale/trade

Much  downsizing to do here on my end, so I'd like to offer up the Glen Martin 8ft roof tower with a Yaesu G-800 rotor, G-800SA control box, cable, and the Yaesu thrust bearing.  I'm located in Vancouver WA but I travel up and down I-5 frequently.  Pickup preferred and its too big to ship.  More pictures available.

I bought this to use atop the roof here but plans changed and I never installed it.  I bought it used about a year ago.  Many more things to be listed.

I'd consider trades in part/total, looking for ref-locked transverters, GPSDO, amplifiers, FT-818/817ND, SDR transceivers (Anan, SunSDR), etc.  Cash is good too, but no PayPal/Venmo, etc.  Not worth paying income taxes on things I bartered, inherited, etc.
