I don't get along with my family very well and I fear that they may be
lying to her about me and not telling her how she can contact me. They
say that they have not heard from her but I have caught them lies and
being deceptive.

I have not seen her since she was l8 years old before I left to travel
the US. She was last heard of trying to apply for a driver's license in
Colorado Springs, Colorado when she was l8 or l9. I even checked to see
if she was in New Orleans at the time of the Katrina Disaster!
