10 GHz amplifiers

Hello to the group: For my sins, I'd like to have a shot at 10 GHz moonbounce. I have almost all parts needed, except a transmit amp that will boost the transverter output from about 3 watts to about 20-30 watts.  I've done some homework on the 'net but cannot find purchasable units.  It seems that even the manufacturers of the power transistors fade into and out of existence, often changing names, dropping and adding types, and the like.  I am definitely not a microwave power amp wizard, else I'd have a shot at building something.  But I only have a finite time left, so would prefer to purchase :-). Is there anybody out there????
