People must sign in at the Lobby and be escorted by an HP employee to the venue.

You will have to be "guests" of HP to attend. If you could send me your names before hand (today or early tomorrow morning) this would be helpful, so the security person can prepare the visitor name tags in advance, that saves time and hassle for the front desk security person.

 

The only complication comes if you are not a US Citizen, you should bring a passport or green card.
