we need to home in on a definition of the minimum value proposition for a Kubernetes hosted cloud-native PNDA. Is the feature functionality of Red PNDA, with multi-user capability, a sufficient baseline.

What about package and application support? The lack of application support seems to me the most limiting factor in Red PNDA.
