Tomorrow, we'll do the some numerical stuff in python. It does not
requires knowledge of writing functions. This will mostly an exercise
on number crunching.

0. Generate random numbers. (for testing purpose)
1. Compute mean and variance.
2. Simple plotting.
3. Basic operations on arrays.

You'd definitely need numpy and matplotlib. If linux (ubuntu) install
python-numpy and python-matplotlib. On windows, get `anaconda`
https://www.continuum.io/downloads

We'll stick to python-2.7.
