Agenda for PNB Elections Comm. mtg tonight

The main topic on the draft agenda is to go over the LES and NES
reports (see link below in case you misplaced the earlier e-mails),
and at least start on making recommendations for the next Pacifica
election. There's a lot of material in those reports, so please
review them before the meeting tonight. I'd like to make progress on
this and not just dump it into the laps of next year's committee,
some of whom probably will not have been involved in the elections
this year.
I'll be out much of today and away from my e-mail, so I may not see
any e-mail responses until just before the meeting.

1. Call to order and roll call, excused absences
2. Approval of agenda (10 min.)
3. Approval of Nov. 9 meeting minutes (5 min.)
4. Review NES & LES reports, what went well and what didn't, in the
election process this year; recommendations for next election (60
minutes)
