still need updated election expenses spreadsheet & WBAI LES report

LaVarn, The PNB Elections committee still needs an updated
spreadsheet that includes expenses for the 2010 election after Sep.
30. Can you get that for us, please?

Also, Arlene and LaVarn, we never got a report from the WBAI Local
Election Supervisor last year, and several people have asked about
that. Renee told me early last month that she never got it. I
believe the contract with all the LESs last year provided that they
had to give us a report on the elections at their station in order to
receive their final paycheck, so perhaps you can remind the LES about
that. (I assume she's already been paid but hope she'll still
fulfill that part of her contract.) It's especially important that
we get her views on what went well and what problems there were, and
recommendations for future elections at WBAI. Our lack of any
election reports from 2009 (until Renee was finally able to get them
near the end of last year's elections) really hurt our ability to
make recommendations for the 2010 elections, and we need the WBAI
report from 2010 to help make recommendations to help improve things
for the next election.
