Pacifica 2009 and 2010 election reports

reports (thanks so much, Renee!) and I'm in the process of uploading
them to our PNB_Elections Google group. Google groups puts a limit
on how many files can be uploaded per day, so I'm not finished, but
all the 2009 reports are there and some of the 2010 reports and
appendices.
Attached is the main NES 2010 election report from Renee. Please
review it (especially the recommendations and sbstacles sections)
before our next Elections Committee meeting on Dec. 14. I hope all
committee members will also review all of the individual LES reports
and the appendices, too. E-mail comments to this list before our
next meeting are welcome, too.
I'm not e-mailing all the reports and appendices and related
documents because they are fairly big, and I don't want to explode
your inbox. Check our Google group in a day or so and we should have
all the files available there.
I'll get the other election reports uploaded to our Google group as
soon as I can (probably by tomorrow).
