Before you worry about violations of fair campaign provisions, do you think you could deal with basis violations of grammar?  Please have someone well versed in the English language read and edit your copy before you post it.  This is embarrassing.

What happens when a listener candidate violates the Fair Campaign Provisions (eg. goes on air outside of scheduled campaign times including cart rotation and on air forum)? What about is a staff candidate violate the Fair Campaign Provisions?

As a PNB member, given the sorry state of affairs now facing Pacifica Foundation, I would hope that you could find  a more constructive use for your time to address these pressing duties.

Renee and her team has a huge amount of work facing them. Babysitting cranky PNB Directors is not among their

You remind me of the one guy we see on work crews who sits watching others work instead of actually doing something.
You can yap all day but Renee is under no obligation to pay any attention to your tantrums. You have zero oversight.
Renee only reports to Arlene.  You childish retort clarifies what I suspected.

You are just another worthless PNB director, like the ones who have allowed the Fondation to arrive at it's current state of disarray. Your duties include addressing our currnent financial issues. You are either a part of the solution or just another schblub who is in it for the free travel.

You really should get your facts together, before you go off half cocked.  On just the major issues I was involved with: 

I led the effort to get rid our our old GC, as well as, some PNB & LSB members who were responsible for much of the disarray you speak of.

I pushed through a 'whistle blower policy' that actually protects staff, as opposed to what was originally offered up.  I also got through a Zero Tolerance for Violence policy (in about a week, no less) that protects everyone. 

And I almost got through an election process, run by competent people -- until we started making up nonexistent technicalities and conflating bylaws.

All & all, not a bad record for less than 3 years -- we'll have to wait to talk further of the elections.

You can rest on your laurels or do something. The financial conditions are still in bad shape.
You are STILL not involved with the elections. The By-Laws makes the NES reportable to
the Executive Director. If you have questions about the performance of this person who was
hired to fulfill this contract, you are STILL wasting our time and your efforts by whining on this
list serve.  You need to address the duties of the PNB. Leave the Elections Supervisors alone.
They have better things to do than listen to your whining.

Thank you, Tracy, for pointing out my spelling error.  I am only too happy to say: I stand corrected.  

However, a mere spelling error is not the same as the grammatical disaster that occurred on our election page, wouldn't you agree? 

I mean a mere "c" compared to this:  What about is a staff candidate violate the Fair Campaign Provisions?
