timeline for CFO evaluation survey

following schedule/timeline for the CFO evaluation survey and report:
* Launch survey by Monday July 12 (hopefully by Sunday July 11) with
Zoomerang sending out invitation e-mails to survey participants, with
instructions on how to request a hard copy survey if desired.
* Deadline for responses will be July 19 (the day after the Berkeley
PNB meeting), with one or two reminders sent out before then to those
who have not responded.
* Work group of Personnel Committee (Joe, Nia, and Marcel) will
review survey results and write draft report/summary July 20-24.
* Executive Session meeting of committee with Arlene on Sunday July
25th, 8 PM EDT, to review the survey results (which all of the
committee and Arlene will have received before then) and the draft
report. Is this day/time OK with everyone? (There are other
committee meetings scheduled for July 26-29 so we're trying to avoid
conflicting with them.)
* Executive Session of committee, Arlene, and LaVarn on Friday, July
30 at 7 PM to go over survey results with LaVarn, answer questions,
etc.
* Executive Session with PNB to be requested for Friday July 30 at 8
PM or later.
