I believe our next Personnel meeting is scheduled for Monday, Oct. 4,
as our regular meeting date (that we established earlier this year)
is the first Monday. In August, we decided to change the Sep. 6 date
to Sep. 1 because of Labor Day, but we ended up not having quorum on
Sep. 6 so there has been no meeting for September. There are no
dates available for the rest of September unless we decide to meet
sometime next weekend.

I have a conflict for Oct. 4, though. It's the day after the
in-person meeting, and I'll be travelling back home then (staying an
extra day to save Pacifica some travel funds).

The day after the in-person meeting might not be best for some of the
rest of you, too, but that's just my guess. If that date is good for
all of the rest of you then it's OK with me for the rest of you to
meet without me.

I suggest that we change the Oct. meeting date to a later day. There
are several open dates now for October on the online calendar at
http://kpftx.org/pacalendar/index.php but the dates will probably
fill up soon, so we should pick a date promptly.

IF we want to stick with Mondays, then I suggest we meet Oct. 18 (the
next Monday that's available). If you want to meet sooner, we could
try Oct. 5 or 7, or on a weekend if that's better for you.

Please reply-all so we can see who wants to meet when.

Regarding agenda items, see the draft agenda that was sent out for
Sep. 1 at http://kpftx.org/pacalendar/cal_show1.php?eventdate=20100901

I vote for the 18th since I'm scheduled for eye surgery on the 6th.

Respectfully,
Nia
