CFO survey status

I checked on the CFO survey that was launched last night. 10 people
have looked at it but only 5 have completed it so far. It's only
been one day, though, so that's probably OK.

One problem -- I noted that only 53 people had been sent invitations,
which seemed a little low, so I checked and found I had neglected to
have Zoomerang send the survey invitations to the business and
database managers at each station. So I had those sent out tonight,
giving a total of 63 invitations sent.

I can check on status before and during the PNB meeting and have
Zoomerang send reminders to those who have not responded. I suspect
that some of the PNB and maybe national staff may wait until they get
home from the Berkeley meeting to complete the survey.
