Hi, Ahmad and Arlene,

Still hoping to get whatever documents you have before tonight's PNB Personnel committee meeting -- see list below.

I assume that items such as standard Pacifica GM and PD job descriptions would be easy to locate. And anything else you've sent to any of the LSB's doing a GM search would be helpful if you could forward them to the committee.

If you don't have all the documents readily available, could you please let us know when they will be?

See the note below from Ahmad, and also the attachments (GM & PD job descriptions).

Ahmad also called me this afternoon, and said that one thing stations need to do is to clarify the responsibility and authority of the LSB vs the MAS committee.  As most of you know, there was some disagreement about this, at least at WBAI.

ü To be a member of the Management Search Committee must you be on the Local Station Board ?
ü Will there be alternate Management Search Committee Members ?
ü Should the Management Search Committee include (1) Non Local Station Board  Staff Representative and (1) Non Local Station Board Volunteer Representative
ü Management Search Committee should meet weekly during Search and Recruitment campaign
ü Membership should be limited to no less than( 5) and no more than (7)

Thanks, Ahmad.  I'm forwarding this on to the rest of the committee.

If you can help us with the org chart (even just in outline form, as I put in a draft form below), for the National Office and PRA, that would be helpful, too.  We want to combine that with org charts we're getting for each of our stations.

We'll let you know if we have additional questions after our meeting this evening.
