I guess the decision on whether to extend the survey deadline should primarily depend on the committee members who will compile the report and if they can do the work in less time than the schedule we worked out in our last committee meeting.

I just checked, and 25 people have completed the survey so far (only 7 of them are PNB members, and they have the lowest response rate, so that's not so good). It's possible, of course, that a few more may complete the survey tonight but I doubt if the numbers will go up much.

I can close the survey and get the files downloaded and to the rest of the committee within a few hours of when we decide to close it. Joe, if we hold the survey open through Tue. or Wed., will that give you enough time to write a draft report (until Friday night, for example)?
And then can other committee members quickly comment (on Saturday) so any needed changes can be made before our conf. call Sunday (and could Joe incorporate any changes on Sat. night/Sunday before the meeting?)

Please respond tonight or first thing tomorrow, so we can send an announcement Tue. morning. And please call your fellow PNB Directors from your station to remind them to complete the survey.

I'm en route home, at the Las Vegas airport, so I don't think I'll be able to do anything until tomorrow morning, but I'll check my e-mail of course.
