Attached is a draft report for the PNB Personnel Committee to cover
what we've been doing since the last in-person PNB meeting and brief
2011 PNB members on this and things we have not completed and hope
they will carry on.

Please review and send me any suggested changes (reply-all to this
list) by Sunday, so I can update it and get it to Christine to
include in the packet for the in-person PNB meeting. I'll also
e-mail the final version to all of the PNB in advance of the meeting.
