Who should attend? - Agents who have attended PowerUp Plus/ (Focus Group members in the past) or any of our existing agents who want to upgrade their skills.


Objective:  Enhance Practical Skills on how to equip all Salesperson with the Right Techniques on how to speak effectively and influencing the sellers to restructure their assets in today’s market condition.  The course content is aiming to help our agents to multiply their income in 2013.

 
Course Contents:
 
The workshop is to prepare Salesperson for the year of 2013, they need to learn the techniques on how to speak to their clients effectively and helping them to restructure their current assets.   During these workshops, they are given the steps and techniques on how to prepare themselves before speaking to their clients and how to influence the buyers in today’s market condition.  There will be practical sessions to allow the salesperson to practice what they have learnt during the sessions.  The practical session cover the financial planning on how to restructure their clients assets and helping them to get 80% loan once they have restructure their assets.  They will also be taught the right techniques on how to get themselves rewarded more than 2% commission by their clients for achieving the desired price of the owners.  They will be taught the techniques on how to get Exclusive from the owners and getting the right amount of commission that the salesperson deserved.

COURSE FEE:  FREE but there will be a charge of $10 for the training manual

Deposit $350.00 fully refundable to trainee with 100% attendance
 Pro rated refund payment base on $50 deduction per lesson absent. For Example: absent for 2 lessons, amount refund will be $250.
*Absent with MC is accepted.
**All non refundable deposit will be used to contribute to the group annual retreat or functions.
