Powerup Plus – Theory & Practical (10 Sessions)

 

Who should attend? – Any salesperson who just join the team

 

Objective – Equip all Salespersons the knowledge on how to select the right property sectors to focus on.   They will be given the Right techniques & Systems and all the steps on how to get started no matter which sectors they decide to choose.  They will be expose on Landed, New Launches and Resale markets too.  At the end of the session, they will be able to select the right sectors to kick start their career.

1.      Effective use of RealTime System (RTS) that will help Powerful Negotiators agents to close more deals. (Trainer: Bobby Sng)

2.      Systematic ways to jump start in Real Estate (Trainer: Kelvin Fong)

3.      Close multiple deals thru Strategic Financial Planning (Trainer: Kelvin Fong)

                   4.   Effective Presentation Content Planning (Trainer: Jip Ng)

5.      7- Step process to win 2% Exclusives & 5-step Objection Handling (Trainer: Marcus Luah)

6.      How to increase sales using I-deal (Trainer: Terry Tan)

7.      Modern technology used to convince clients to buy today!

8.      Landed Techniques used to close deals (Trainer: Jimmy Loh)

9.      Take advantage of New Launches in Powerful Negotiators Team

This 10 session workshops will equip all Salespersons with the Right Techniques & System to kick start their real estate career.  How can our salesperson benefit from using our RealTime System (RTS) effectively?  They will be given the steps on how to select the right GTA and projects to focus on.  With the financial skills shared, they will be able to convince the clients to buy more effectively.  How to use the right negotiation techniques to close multiple deals?  There will be a role-play session on presentation skill, this will be the last session whereby the agents have to practice what they have learnt.  This is a course not to be missed by anyone who joined our team.

 

 

INTAKE: Ltd to 40pax (those who are interested pls register with deposit to Irene by 31/03/2014)

 

COURSE FEE:  FREE but there will be a charge of $28 for the training manual

 

Deposit $350.00 fully refundable to trainee with 100% attendance

 

 Pro rated refund payment base on $50 deduction per lesson absent. For Example: absent for 2 lessons, amount refund will be $250.

 

*Absent with MC is accepted.

 

**All non refundable deposit will be used to contribute to the group annual retreat or functions.

 

REASONS FOR DEPOSIT

 

 Trainers are voluntary and they commit their precious time to train.  Training rooms need to be booked and paid in advance. Only those who are serious and committed to the programme will benefit from the full 10 workshops.
