[pmwiki-devel] PmWiki developers group of pages

I'm looking at, for example,  PmWiki | PmWiki / Functions and  PmWiki | Cookbook / Functions and other pages in the Cookbook and thinking it would be better organised to have a separate PmWiki group, (e.g. PmWiki Internals) to contain this documentation (aka PmForms).

This group could have page per function etc.

I'd be happy to do this refactoring or similar should there be agreement.

Many of the pages in 

PmWiki | Category / PmWikiDeveloper

or 

PmWiki | Category / PmWikiInternals

could better fit in this group
