Release 5.31

I have just made 5.31 available in the usual place:

This release makes PMW-Alpha available as an OpenType font for use with PDF output and it also fixes a number of bugs.

My apologies! I copied and pasted the previous URL and just changed "30" to "31", not realizing that it was also copying the underlying URL pointer, so if you click on the announcement you get 5.30, not 5.31. If you copy and paste the text into a browser, it comes right. Sigh. The correct URL is (and I will type it this time):
