Yet another PMW release

I have just put yet another release of PMW here:

There are a couple of minor changes (see doc/ChangeLog) but the main reason for a new release is extensions to the font handling. As PostScript Type 1 fonts are becoming obsolete, I've now also supplied PMW-Music as an OpenType font and adjusted the program so that it works with either format, though you can't include an OTF font within PostScript output as you can for the Type 1 (PFA) font. I have also extended the Unicode translation file to allow font re-encoding - this is aimed at making it possible to use, for example, Arabic fonts whose default encoding does not include their Arabic characters. If you are not into using non-Roman fonts, you can ignore all of this.
