The evaluation of a subject has to be completed within two days from the day of exam.  You are requested to complete the evaluation and verification at the earliest.  Herewith I have attached the date of regular examination of your subject.Please find the attachment.
NOTE :
The 'evaluation completed' status includes the verification of Chairman,Vice chairperson,Chief examiner  and Form 19  submission.After that the marks will be entered in a separate sheet,verified by the camp member and signed by the concern faculty member then he/she will be allowed to enter the marks in the computer system.
