Many of us know that laughter is good for health,but we might feel that we have nothing to laugh about.
So,our face looks as if either serious,moody or crying.
Laughter can help us to release and heal old wounds,unburden sorrows and make us more energetic and deep peace within.

The Benefits [of laughter]..
 
Laughter is[was] good for us in every way as several studies have shown.
 
Among the findings are[were]..
 
*Laughter stimulates[stimulated] physical healing.
* Laughter enhances[enhanced] creativity.
* Laughter is[was] rejuvenating and regenerating.
* Laughter is[was] sexy.
* Laughter is[was] good for relationships.
Only with UNDERSTANDING-PEOPLE around OURSELF,though..!!
 
* Laughter opens[opened] the heart.
Physically ie Biologically as well as Spiritually..!!
 
* Laughter gives[gave] us a glimpse of freedom from the mind.
I have yet to come across  a FREE-HUMAN,let alone  a HUMAN,WHO LAUGHTED A LOT and became FREE-FROM the WORLD..!!
 
TRUE-FREEDOM was FREEDOM-OFF or FREEDOM-FROM OURSELF or ME or MINE ie our NEAR and DEAR or SELFISHNESS..!!
 
In short TRUE-FREEDOM was FREEDOM-FROM the WORLD or the UNIVERSE of NAMES and FORMS..!!
 
Therefore I have come to the CONCLUSION that to BREAK-BONDAGE-OF-SLAVERY or DEPENDANCE on OTHERS ie LOVE or CARE FOR ONLY our NEAR and DEAR or the WORLD or UNIVERSE of NAMES and FORMS and become ONE ie UNITED with GOD or BHAGAVAN WHO although BELIEVED for AGES at least by US-INDIANS  to be LIVING INSIDE-OF as well as OUTSIDE-OF ALL HUMANS,ALL-BEINGS and ALL-THINGS called the WORLD or UNIVERSE was NOT-EASY..!!
 
Think about that for a moment..!!

The Laughter Meditation:
When you wake up in the morning,stretch your body-every muscle,cell and fiber-just like a cat.
After a few moments,start laughing.
Just start.
At the beginning you may have to force it a little,saying 'Ha,Ha,Ha' or 'Ho,Ho,Ho' to get the laughter energy moving.
Soon,a spontaneous laughter will arise at the sound of your attempts at laughing.
Try it for five minutes.
Just laugh for no reason at all.
Laugh for the sake of laughing.
Try it again for five minutes when you go to bed,just before you go to sleep.
Try it in the shower or while driving your car in traffic.
Ha,Ha,Ha.
Even to say those words out loud will start a transformation in your energy,in your mood.
After a little while,it will start to happen naturally.
Your body will get used to it,will start to expect it.
You can try such laughter techniques,but be kind and gentle with yourself.
It is POSSIBLE to LAUGH AUDIBALLY ONLY if WE LIVED-ALONE or were ONLY by OURSELF in CAR..!!
 
And that also QUITE-A-DISTANCE from NEXT-DOOR-NEIGHBOUR or NEXT-CAR in TRAFFIC..!!
 
And remember:
If you are[were] in the midst of a difficult time in your life,commit an equal amount of time to allow your sadness to exist.
The balanced awareness and ex-pression of both of these energies will bring you to a deeper harmony and peace within yourself as well as make others happy too.
I can tell from MY OBSERVATION and EXPERIANCE of the WORLD that almost everything WE did there would be an INSTANTANEOUS-RESISTANCE or REACTION in OURSELF as well as OTHER-HUMANS around OURSELF..!!
 
It is possible to be AWARE of RESIATANCE or REACTION in OURSELF and to OVERCOME IT,but IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to OVERCOME IT by OURSELF in OTHER-HUMANS..!!
 
If IT WAS POSSIBLE to CHANGE OTHERS than the WORLD or the UNIVERSE we lived in would be QUITE-DIFFERANT..!!
 
Think about that for a moment..!!
 
Therefore the only PROBLEM in the OFFICE-ENVIRONMENT was that like at HOME there were OTHER-PEOPLE AFFECTED by our ACTION..!!
 
If we STARTED to LAUGH to RELIEVE our STRESS/STRAIN/BOREDOM etc;then SOMEBODY in the OFFICE could NATURALLY  call an AMBULANCE;thinking or believing that WE GONE MAD or SOMETHING like that..!!
 
Therefore I BELIEVE everything WE did was OK as long as WE were AWARE that our-action DID NOT CAUSE RESISTANCE or REACTION OUTSIDE OURSELF ie in OTHER-PEOPLE..!!
 
Think about that for a moment..!!
