Qualification :- Any Graduate/Undergraduate (With course done in Hardware and Networking)

Experience :- Fresher

Salary :- Rs 5000 to 6000/- Per month (Candidate must submit their original education qualification certificates to the company for verification purpose)

Job Location :- Cheenai

Responsibilities

* Proper Know how about all the products
* Should be able to pick up the support calls on an individual level after a months time
* Ensuring the support calls going smoother and solving problems at a brisk pace
* Analyze the cause and effect of the problem evolved in the product and accordingly communicate to the senior and technical team
* Coordination with technical team to ensure effective communication on clients requirements
* Establish contacts with client(s) to help build and manage existing customer relationships.
* Ability to demonstrate the product


Skills

* Should have excellent communication skills.
* Should have knowledge in the IT field-Hardware and Software Solutions
* Should be dynamic, young male with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
* Should possess strong technical computer skills.

* Should be ready for field Work.
