Hi All,

Although the journey was little long, but finally I have covered the distance .In short, I have cleared PMP.

My sincere thanks to Mr.Devarajan sir . At the same time I would like to convey my thanks to Himani for supporting and helping me as and when required in this journey.

I know it would be difficult to flashback and remember my face. Hence attaching here one of the pic. which we took during out classroom training.

Sahoo,

Hearty Congratulations.

We all have to dedicate our Certifications to our Devarajan Sir.

This time I want to share few things with our group.

At the time of training, Sir asked me to join his company and told that he will offer me PHP Manager designation even before PMP certification.

Unfortunately, I told him that I was comfortable in my present company. He asked me to get my book, he wrote his personal mail-id and phone number (Still i carry that paper in my wallet) and asked me to contact any time when ever I want to change my job.

After completing my certification, I purchased pen for him and called his company to know whether he was coming to office that day or not.

I planned to go to his office and meet him directly and want to share my happiness with him.

Shocking news from that side that 'He is no more'.

I felt sorry to know that news and I felt depressed to share the News with the group.

After seeing my message, all in our group got shocked and felt sad.

I strongly feel that without Sir, I would have not completed my certification.

Just felt to share You all my moments with our beloved Sir...

May his soul rest in peace...

Thanks a lot for your wishes.

It was really shocking to know that our Devarajan sir is no more.

Well, Sharing few ponits which might be usefull for others who are planning to take on the exam.Experience of PMP journey is no way smaller/shorter than an adventure.We all will have some or the other personal responsibility for which the preparation will be on and off the track frequently.Then again it takes effort to comeback on track.If we think that, let the preparation finish and then will fix exam date, It never happens.The preparation never finishes --:) .It is recommended to fix an exam date and then push hard for the goal. I have followed 2 books,

PMBOK ( studied 2 times)
PMP Examp Prep. by Rita Mulchay. ( studied 2 times)

Finally a thrilling experience of life, when the exam exactly finishes and you are waiting for the results. A very tense moment.-:)

Dear Mr.Sahoo,

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Within a short span of time during our classes, I was attracted to his persona. He was a good human being with strong values. I cannot forget his dedication, humility and service to others that was manifested in his each words. It was a rewarding experience for me to be you all together in our PMP Prep class.

Late Mr. Devarajan was a guru par excellence!

Is any one also doing PMI ACP certification /CSM also ?

Is any one aware the differences between PMP vs PMI ACP vs CSM ?

Is IT organization transforming to Agile methodologies instead of Traditional PMP process ?
