Study group tips?

Hi

I'm forming a PMP study group for classmates of a local PMP prep class. I felt we had good culture and the instructor did a good job of creating a safe space for questions. However, now that I have formed the email group, I'm not sure how the study group can work most effectively for all. We could just be a forum for questions, some people might benefit from in person meetings, it could just be a way for individuals to contact each other ad hoc...
