Dear Paul Mallela,

Thank you for your prompt response. Please allow me to clarify.

Prometric publications and emails will only present the first and last name of a candidate. However, the name that will be sent to the testing center will be the name listed on your government issued identification “PAUL SRAVAN KUMAR MALLELA”.

Therefore, you should experience no admission issues when you arrive at the Prometric Testing Center and present your valid government issued identification which lists your name as “PAUL SRAVAN KUMAR MALLELA” to the Test Center Administrator during the check-in procedure.

If you have any other questions or concerns, you may direct your inquiries to custom...@pmi.org.

Best regards,

Dear Mr. Mallela,

Your name has been updated as follows to match your Government issued identification:

                PAUL SRAVAN KUMAR MALLELA

This change is for the purpose of admittance to the testing center and has been electronically communicated to Prometric.  Your correspondence name will remain the same in PMI's records.

Note:  Prometric's website and scheduling confirmation does not display the middle name or initial.  If you schedule the exam at www.prometric.com it will only show the first and last name.  Rest assured the correction is contained in their database.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Best of luck to you on the exam!

Sincerely,

Jane
