Required:
Hands-on Experience in Requirements Analysis, Clarification and Realization sessions with development team.
Experience in documenting user requirements using various methods like use cases, BRDs etc.
Translating business requirement document to software requirement specifications.
Experience in using requirement management tools (e.g., RequistePro, Quality Center etc)
Working knowledge of database concepts, SQL, database design and analysis concepts, UML, Microsoft Visio or equivalent.
Experience using OO software development practices including experience with the following languages and technologies: CMMi/SEI methodologies.
Experience in Agile development practices and test-driven development.
Experience with developing clinical applications and working with both development and SQA professionals is desirable.
Technical experience, such as HL7 interfaces, with other Healthcare applications are desired skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will be responsible for the functional analysis, business requirements, code development and use of a large data repository (HDR).
Candidate will be responsible for gathering functional requirements, related verification and validation activities, test procedure development, creation of software to perform automated testing, and testing of Repositories component software applications being performed in an Agile environment.
Excellent analytic and writing skills are expected as part of this position as well as the ability to design automated tests.
Candidate must demonstrate ability to work in a software development environment that consists of a blend of software applications and a combination of Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) compliant JAVA, MS-SQL, Oracle, Cache Relational Database Management System (RDBMS), etc.
Candidate will also be responsible for the following duties:
· Repositories program requirement analysis and documentation
· Creating Functional Specifications Documents (RSD), System Design Documents (SDD), Software Design Document (SwDD) and Interface Control Documents (ICD).
· Working with Agile development and testing teams to create testable system requirements, implementation requirements, test cases and other deliverables.
· Converting Functional Requirements to the Implementation Requirements and Conducting JAD Sessions to develop an architectural solution that the application meets the business requirements, resolve open issues, and change requests.
· Closely interact with software developers to understand application functionality and navigational flow and keep them updated about Business Users.
· Daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives.
Position requires a minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computers or related fields.
