Dear colleagues,
I would like to share the following job opening announcement on behalf of Prof. Ewa Machotka, University of Zurich:
Lecturer in Digital Methods for the Study of Visual Cultural Data
Application deadline: September 15th
More info: https://jobs.uzh.ch/job-vacancies/lecturer-teaching/f44ac514-61e7-4a09-bc87-a5986ca17159
From Prof. Machotka:
"Although the position is formally titled “Lecturer Teaching” (for administrative reasons within UZH structures), ... 30% of the 100% workload is reserved for research and development, corresponding to what Associate Professors usually have in Europe.
... The call is not restricted to art historians—it is open to anyone working with computational methods for visual analysis... we would be especially happy to receive applications from Digital Art Historians with a specialization in Japanese art."
For any questions, please see contact information at the bottom of the job description webpage, linked above.
