J. F. Oberlin University is searching for a part-time instructor for “Premodern Japanese History,” an upper-division survey course taught in English. The opening is for the fall semester of 2016, with the possibility of renewal for subsequent years. The 4-credit course consists of two 90-minute sessions per week over the course of the 15-week semester (late September – late January). Students are typically native English speakers from overseas partner schools who are studying at J. F. Oberlin on exchange.
