Published English translations of ko-jōruri plays

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to figure out how many ko-jōruri plays have been translated into English and published to date. Since there is less scholarly interest in puppet theater predating Shusse Kagekiyo, there doesn't seem to be a lot available. Personally, I am only aware of Yōkihi monogatari 楊貴妃物語 by Masako Nakagawa Graham (in Monumenta) and Amida no munewari 阿弥陀胸割 and Goō-no-hime 牛王姫 by Keller Kimbrough (in Wondrous Brutal Fictions).

If you are aware of any other English translations of ko-jōruri plays, I would very much appreciate any pointers. I will add that I am only interested in complete (not partial) translations that were published as either articles or parts of books/book chapters (not in theses/dissertations).
