Nihon Kiryaku and Ruijū Kokushi

I am slowly working my way through the Nihon Kōki account of Kanmu's reign.  Since only parts of the chronicle are extant, the record is supplemented by Nihon Kiryaku  日本紀略  and Ruijū Kokushi  類聚國史.

 As far as I know neither of these has been completely translated into English or other Western languages. My question is whether anyone has worked on translations of sections of these major works.
