The Sainsbury Institute Librarian, Hirano-san, would like to announce the annual Kuzushi-ji workshop jointly organised by NIJL and EAJRS.

The “Kuzushiji Workshop,” continuously organised by NIJL and EAJRS since 2011, will be held 25–27 February 2026 at the Berlin State Library. Please note that this will be an in-person workshop only — it will not be offered as an online format. 

Those wishing to participate should complete the application form in Japanese or English attached and submit it by Sunday, 18 January 2026, via email to: a.hi...@sainsbury-institute.org.
