Dear colleagues,

I'm pleased to announce CIEE Kyoto's next special event on December 4, 2025, in Kyoto: War & A-Bomb Memory in Kyoto: Exhibiting & Commemorating in a City of Peace.

The event will feature talks by Hiroko Takahashi (Nara University), Daniel Milne (Kyoto University) and Ran Zwigenberg (Penn State University), followed by comments from the discussant, Miki Akutsu (Ritsumeikan University). 

Admission is free, but registration is required to secure your place in Kyoto, Shijo Karasuma.
