openpmix.org migrate to self-hosted captcha

Hi all,

The Open MPI project has graciously hosted our reCAPTCHA pages to protect
the meeting links from web bots. Many thanks to Jeff Squyres for shuttling
files and updates on our behalf.

Starting in 2025, we will use a self-hosted CAPTCHA for OpenPMIx that
protects the meeting links @ openpmix.org/captcha/

This is not a highly secure mechanism, but hopefully will suffice for our
purposes (see notes in website repo under `captcha/` dir for details).

PS FYI, the 2025 OpenPMIx links will be updated next week to match the
revised time we discussed this past week (1/9/2025). But will be
at the same openpmix.org/captcha URL.

Many thanks for doing this! However, I note that the calendar still points to the OMPI-hosted page. Can you please update it to point to the new one?

Thanks for reminder! I updated wiki/www pages but forgot about the
