Hi folks

Checking to see if people have something they would like to discuss at the next scheduled teleconference on April 2. If not, we will cancel it.

Since the last release on February 27, there has been the following activity:

PMIx
-------

1. Fixed a segfault in “pmixcc --help”

2. Corrected default setting for “output to file” to be “nocopy” so output isn’t copied to stdout/err when directed to output to a file

3. Corrected the wrapper compiler man page (it was copy-pasted with garbage)

4. Ensure servers are notified of tool disconnect without calling finalize

5. Long discussion about how the PMIx_Log function should interact with the host environment - resulting changes have been “cached” for future consideration as a workaround for the reporter’s concerns was found

6. Inconsistent memory allocation behavior in PMIx_Value_unload - fixed and added man page explaining how it works

PRRTE
----------

1. Update mapby help text

2. Support both copy and nocopy qualifiers for output

3. Fix a segfault on Mac with M5 chip

4. Fix missing loop limit in ppr mapping

One could perhaps argue that the last two items in PRRTE might merit a new release, but per prior discussion, no new releases are currently planned.

Please reply (at least to me, or to the list) with any requests to hold the meeting.

Thanks
Ralph

Only heard back from one person, and they indicated they had no topics for discussion at this time. So....let’s cancel this month’s meeting.

I expect we’ll have some things to discuss in May, so we should expect to hold that one.

Thanks
Ralph
