Hi folks

Well, it is time again for our monthly telecon!! Thursday at 11am US Eastern, same place as usual.

Planned agenda:

* recap of the last month’s activity:

    * release of PMIx v5.0.7 and PRRTE v3.0.9

        * mostly bug fixes

    * some new infrastructure pieces

        * support for the LTO optimizer

        * moving to in-memory show-help error messages

* change in PMIx requirement for PRRTE

    * starting with PRRTE v4, PMIx >= v6 required

* utilization of PMIx “capability flags”

    * LTO, INMEMHELP

* things for discussion

    * bring back usock client-server connection?

    * unify hash/shmem2 gds component code to remove duplication?

    * shmem2 error in some environments - where do we stand?

    * rewrite plog/smtp component to correct data handling?

    * revive modex storage in shmem2 - goes to dictionary confusion issue?

* planned todo items

    * connect gathers job info, but we don’t get a complete reconstruction of the hash table

       subsystem when we store it. Interferes with some data lookup, so we need to ensure

       that the transfer results in a mirror image of the original hash system

    * complete in-memory show-help error message implementation
