Thanks Sucheta!
Invitations are sent to the founding board, past volunteer leaders,
volunteers, faculty. Deepthi would share the list as per the mail sent
to them.
Mementos of different types finalised.
Content is being taken care by Sanath and myself
Nagini has identified a nice indoor plant to be given instead of a
bouquet (order to be finalised)
Special Recognition letters sent to the 3 organisations by myself and
got confirmations for two, one in transit.
I had a discussion with Nagini today morning to finalise the execution
plan. Your template below could be a handy one for her.
Over to Nagini and team to complete this task.
