Please check the link http://pmi.org.in/conference2011/awards.asp which will provide all the details to you for the criteria and nomination templates.

 

There have been 3 National Conferences so far and each conference there has been some modification/revision taking in to consideration the previous year’s experience . However, the templates have largely remained more or less same.

How are you? Was engaged in the Item writing event in Chennai last week so could not respond earlier.

I would like to inform you that we are in the midst of creating a comprehensive manual for the National Conference which can be referred to as a reference document for any National/Mega conference to be planned and executed in future.

The manual is to be ready within a week’s time. I would be able to share it with you post that.

Hi Joe,

 

As part of communications and publications requirements of the conference the broad scope involves below items. It deals with complete content creation, collection and reviews related to mailers/flyers/brochures/banners/posters/journal/event report/handouts/merchandise/conference kit/placards/appreciation certificates etc.

 

It also requires to provide content to technology team for updating the conference website on a periodical basis.

 

Along with that a communication plan needs to be given to both office executive for releasing mailers to identified mailing list at periodical intervals and to marketing and social media team to release or post material on relevant PMI sites, print/electronic media and social networking sites etc.

 

Let us quickly discuss in a call.

 

Good news is thru some of my connections, I’m currently negotiating with a professional who has good experience to corporate communications, graphic designing, technical writing and marketing to help the chapter in the next couple months related to layout designing and formatting of all this material on a part time basis. Hope to finalize the deal in the next couple of days.
