Our client, a global leader in complete life cycle power solutions (flexible power plants, ship power) for the marine and energy markets is urgently need a :

DEPUTY DIRECTOR SERVICES

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor and timely update Sales OpExS system to ensure continual management system improvement
• Forecast, set budgets, timely review and update services sales estimates in segment
• Set sales, margin, collection and CROL targets for team and regularly review their performance
• Assume accountability for cost efficient sales team activity planning
• Capture opportunities by maintaining / developing close relation with customers and market players in the segment
• Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information
• Direct and develop Field Service & Technical Service Department to achieve result as set in Services strategy

Requirements:

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge in HSE and Process Development
• Experiences in power generation, sales & marketing area or marine industry
  
• Knowledge in financial and management skills
  

Location: Cikarang - Bekasi
