Is there any way I could get actual Optane PM hardware or at least a Windows emulation thereof?

I know it isn't publicly available yet but I see people here posting messages suggesting that they already have a persistent memory (PM) module for testing. Is there any way to get hold of that, or at least a Windows emulator? I'll get my program running under Linux with PM emulation if that is the only way to do it, but I prefer developing under Windows if possible.
