Yes, at this point NVML has been accepted into Fedora, RHEL, OpenSUSE, and SLES. Some of the releases containing NVML have happened already, some are still in their release cycle. For example, I think RHEL 7.3 (which includes NVML) is still in beta. But on my Fedora machine I can type:
# dnf install libpmemobj-devel
and it installs everything I need to start writing programs with libpmemobj.
