librpma 1.1.0 release

We are pleased to announce the next release of librpma: 1.1.0.
Many thanks to the entire RPMA team for making that happen!

The 1.1.0 release:
- fixes and documents handling of a schematic of the performance report,
- applies minor fixes in the examples related to optimization of the source code footprint and
- unifies the coding style in the source, the test and the example files.
