clwb behavior on Third Generation Intel Scalable

I know that on the first generation of persistent memory systems, club had the same behavior as clflushopt (i.e., flushing the cache line).

Does clwb on third generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors just write the data back without flushing the cache line?  We are using a Xeon Silver 4314 processor.
